We offer free shipping on all pickleball paddles and flat rate shipping on balls and bags, so we will factor in the shipping cost when determining a price match. Just contact us and let us know where you are seeing the better price, and we’ll match it! Or simply place your order, and then contact us within 24 hours and let us know your order number, and a link to the cheaper price. We’ll research it and then issue you a credit!
Price match guarantees cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. Our guarantee does not cover competitor coupon offers or free gift with purchase offers. Price match must be a U.S. based company. We cannot price match to foreign country prices.
You can return paddles, bags and balls within 30 days of date of purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, ship the item(s) back to us, and we’ll refund your money via the same form of payment you used to purchase the item(s).
Please contact us prior to sending back any product, so we may confirm it meets our requirements for our 30-day policy. Paddles can be used, but they must not be damaged in any way. Pickleballs and bags must be in their original packaging, new, unmarked, and in unused condition to qualify for exchanges or returns. Personalized shirts are not returnable.
We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, to include your order number and name inside the package, and we recommended sending your item by a traceable method such as via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.

Our Return Policy for Defective Equipment
If within 60 days of purchase, the paddle is defective, we will send you a replacement paddle with a postage paid return label and ask you to send the defective paddle back to us. Please contact us prior to returning equipment to verify if it is still within the 60-day return period. If you are outside of the 60 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with warranty issues.
